The owner must ensure that the caravan is accessible from all sides - 2.5ft bare minimum 3ft preferred.

Vehicles cannot be cleaned on the public road

Please try and have the vehicle ready in its cleaning position prior to the appointment time.

All vehicles to be cleaned may need to tilted to aid in the cleaning of the roofs. (Ideally this could be done before its due to be cleaned)

Please bear in mind I have a large Transit van which needs to be parked reasonably close.

The Caravan cleaner does not accept any liability for damage to the vehicle if it is not securely parked.

During External cleaning the windows and doors are not opened, therefore any surfaces that are obscured by them will not be cleaned.

If cleaning is to be carried out on storage or campsites it is the responsibility of the owner to obtain permission of the land owner prior to cleaning.

The Aqua shine treatment is not done on the roofs of any vehicles

Cancellations made less than 24hours before appointment will be subject to a charge of £30 (this charge is at the discretion of The Caravan Cleaner)

Awnings and pop-ups aren't cleaned

Payments Can be made by Cash, BACS(is preferred), PayPal, or Credit card we now accept Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and also Clearpay

PAYMENTS must be made on the day due to customers Forgetting to pay.

Changes to these terms and conditions are subject to changes by The Caravan Cleaner at anytime.
